Delivery

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We make use of DPD Local for nationwide deliveries.

How long does it take for order delivery?

Local Deliveries
Should we receive cleared funds or a proof of payment directly from the bank before:
– 13h00 on a business day then shipping will be the following business day. We use DPD local for all our deliveries in the UK.

– Deliveries are usually the following business day from date of shipment booking

– Should there be any delays with Dispatch, we will keep you fully updated

I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?

Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day. We currently do not deliver on weekends.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

An automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please send us a mail if you haven’t received tracking information within 24 hours from your purchase.

Can I collect from a local store?

Unfortunately we are an online store only and do not have physical viewing or collection facilities.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

We do not deliver on weekends as our courier partner only delivers Mon-Fri (Excluding Bank holidays).

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking information.

Why is your delivery fee £15?

All orders are shipped with Next Business day preference.

Payments

Do your prices including VAT?

All our online prices include VAT, however “CPO” (Certified Pre-owned Units) are sold on the VAT margin scheme which does not show VAT and cannot be claimed.

Can I Pay Online via Card?

We currently accept EFT payments. Card payments through the Secure WorldPay online payment system.

Products

How do I know whether a product is new or used?

All products will be marked as either new or certified pre-owned (CPO). The condition of every certified pre-owned item is generally scratch and defect free unless stipulated and will be discounted accordingly.

Returns

What if I receive my item and I am not happy with the condition?

Should you receive your item and you are not completely satisfied with the condition, or you think it is not as described, we are happy to replace the item or refund it in full. Although we are happy to assist with this, we would like you to make contact with us within 48 Working hours of receiving your item. We are here to listen should there be a circumstance that falls outside of these parameters. Please do not hesitate to call or email us regardless.
